Fluorescent Photography is hard to do. All items photographed multiple times to obtain the best picture which accurately represents the specimen under a 26 watt shortwave light. All items measured in inches. Measurement may be off 1/2 centimeter in either direction, which will benefit the buyer in most cases. All specimens weighed on a digital scale. I will offer a full refund if you received the wrong specimen (which should not happen, I pack them all myself) or you feel the specimen has been misidentified on its mineral content. All other sales are now FINAL (please read Note below). If unhappy please feel free to contact me. For refunds I must be contacted within 2 days after receiving the item or items (NO Exceptions). Refund will be issued upon return of specimen (in same condition as it was sent).

*Note*
I use a 26 watt short wave ultraviolet light to photograph the specimens on the website. If you have a light with less wattage or an older light the specimen may and most likely will look less bright than in my pictures. Blacklights will also not bring out the minerals colors.
* It has been brought to my attention by other sellers that some buyers are purchasing 10 items just to pick the one they want and send the rest back. I have not had a problem but I will not operate that way, to much work goes into selling these items. Anyone who has bought from me knows my items information is correct so you do not have to worry. Do to a few bad buyers out there, except for the reasons listed above all sales are Final.
